Raquel Welch Flying Solo wigs feature a NEW LUXLITE cap crafted with a unique and groundbreaking design for maximum breathability, comfort, and style.
Flying Solo's LuxLite cap is made with a petite average circumference. However the special stretch fabrics of the cap allow it to accommodate most head sizes.
Features for the Flying Solo cap include:

  • Sheer 100% hand tied Temple to Temple lace front
  • Wide 100% hand tied left mono part.
  • Velvet lined flexible ear tabs with silicone tab added for security. Silicone can be removed if desired.
  • Velvet lined extended nape with removable silicone tab.
  • Ultra thin hook & loop adjusters at the nape for a personalized fit.
  • 100% hand tied base at the top all the way to the nape

Flying Solo is made with Tru2Life Heat-Friendly Synthetic Hair. This amazingly versatile, Tru2Life Heat-Friendly synthetic hair can be curled, blow dried, or flat ironed to create a new look in minutes. Luminous, hand-blended, salon-inspired colors provide the look and highlights of natural hair. Thermal styling tools should not exceed 350 degrees [180C]. When curling the fibers of the Flying Solo wig, hold the curl for 60 seconds in the styling device. Pin the curl and allow it to cool. To straighten, simply run your flat iron over the hair at approximately 1" per second. Any style you create for Flying Solo remains locked into place until heat-styled again.

NOTE: SS Shadow Shades feature a darker color depth at the root. These rooted colors have an SS in their name.
