1. The synthetic or human hair is not of good quality. It appears dry and the colors are not exact. The workmanship is shoddy.
2. These wigs are not made from exact specifications - they are made based on a photograph. Therefore the measurements are imprecise, at best.
3. It is very difficult to get these sites to accept a return. You will not even be able to return your wig unless you pay high shipping costs back to China.
4. Many of these sites post fake reviews to create the illusion of customer satisfaction.
5. It will take two to three weeks for your wig to arrive, because of the long distance in shipping.

Actions you can take if you purchased a counterfeit wig:

Contact the company via email and tell them (in writing) that the merchandise is "not as pictured". When they inform you that you will have to pay return shipping to China, contact your credit card company and tell them you received "counterfeit merchandise" and you want to file a "chargeback" because the merchandise is "not as described" and the company is charging you an excessive amount to return.

I love the curls. The curls are natural and for those who have always wanted hair with some soft curl to it, but like me, were born with stick straight hair, Avalon is a pretty wig to own.

Love the wig

I like this wig made by Estetica' and usually order from a different company and it has less hair; not enough volume. The same wig from your company (Elegant wigs) has more volume. I'm very happy with the difference.

Disappointed!

I’ve been wearing this style for over 10 years - but the wig received is very inconsistent in styling. The left side is Ok - however will need lots of hairspray to correctly form the other side. It’s choppy - and I may have to cut it in one area. Very disappointed! Hope I don’t totally ruin it due to the corrections I plan to make!

Too much hair for me

Looked shorter and seemed to have less hair in pictures viewed before purchasing. Unfortunately, I had to return it as I explained in an email. Was surprised it came from manufacturer (?) which was the only paperwork in the box. Sent it back to Elegant Wigs. Should have received it and I look forward to my refund.

Beautiful up-do hair,quality fibers & timeless style. Normally stay away from fashion colors because realistic has been my goal. The color is just a hint,as if you were to use a purple shampoo/rinse. Fun great choice.

Im really not pleased with this one. The front of the wig the bang looks like its sticking up and just is not like the other bailey. But I have noticed they are not the same as in the past.
