Cut has changed slightly

Hi. I've been buying Roni for at least three years now - and although I wish the back was a bit longer and straighter shag-type layering without the flipping - my recent purchase in May 2015, I've noticed the hair is a thicker and bushier on the top, and the bangs are not straight down as before. Overall it seems a bit heavier. This is perhaps my 6th Roni, and all have some jagged bangs I have to snip off carefully after I first receive it. There definitely are some quality issues the manufacturer should address. Hopefully. Thank you.
