Open-Box wigs are return items that have been inspected by an authorized manufacturer's representative and determined to be in like-new condition including all tags and original packaging. Color selection and quantities are limited, and these pieces sell fast on a first-come first-served basis.

Styles are removed from the Open-Box wig page once we have received the submitted order. On the rare occasion when two orders are placed for the same style and color, we check the time stamp and honor the earlier order. This does not occur frequently. Since we will not be able to fulfill the second (later) order, we regretfully will notify the customer that their order and credit card / paypal authorization has been cancelled.
