Ive lost count of how many times Ive purchased this wig. It never disappoints.

This is the best wig! It's so real looking I were it for easter got so many compliments!people were asking who does your hair! I was kinda worried be cause it was hot,and windy that day! My daughter said you couldn't tell,I think their should be just a tad more hair in the back! I'm still gonna give it 5 stars!!! Please don't ever discontinue this wig!!!

I love this wig! I have it in several colors. I continually get compliments and strangers always ask me where I get my hair done. I was disappointed that when this wig was 20% off the price was more expensive. Not cool!

Ivy wig for me was just to much hair. I thought it was cute but just did not look good on me.

I had tried this wig on at the store where I have purchased all my other wigs and I LOVED it! But that day, I was buying wigs for a couple of friends of mine going through cancer treatment. So the day wasn't about me. I found it on the e-wig site and decided to order it, since I already knew how I looked in it. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was obvious there was a problem in the manufacturing. Permanent bends and kinks in the hair fibers - it was pretty awful. I tool a number of photos and included them in an email to the company. They contacted me IMMEDIATELY the next morning and even called when I didn't respond right away. (I was at work) They were very apologetic and offered to replace it or give me a refund...including any S&H costs I incurred to return the defective one. I opted for the Refund, as I will be traveling to my wig shop soon and decided to continue to be a loyal customer. I only shipped the defective wig back 3 days ago...so I haven't received my refund as of yet. But given their quick response to my complaint...I feel certain I will receive it in a timely manner.
